As one of Net Lease Holdings' founders, Tim brings a wide range of experience investing into single tenant, net leased real estate. Prior to Net Lease Holdings formation in 1994, Tim founded and managed numerous real estate related entities focused on real estate brokerage, property management and asset management which has instilled in him a deep understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
Personal interests: Wife and 4 children, golf, skiing, Evans Scholarship Foundation (Western Golf Association), St. Louis' professional sport teams.

As one of Net Lease Holdings' founders, Luke brings a wide range of experience which includes office and warehouse development, office and warehouse management, leasing and sales, ambulatory surgery center development and the acquisition, management and disposition of income producing properties.

Zach works in acquisitions for Net Lease Holdings and is responsible for all key aspects of the real estate transaction process, including sourcing, negotiation, demographic analysis, market research, due diligence, financial modeling and transaction management. Zach's background in brokerage sales and research has given him a strong knowledge of real estate valuation and markets.
Personal interests: Daughter, Golf, Cardinals baseball, Ice Hockey and Cooking.
Stephen J. Rafferty
President of Summit Consulting Group
Mr. Rafferty has extensive experience in the dynamics of the owner-operated business. In more than 30 years as a management consultant, he has successfully completed major projects with more than 300 firms. Mr. Rafferty has worked with a variety of companies ranging in size from "start-up" enterprises to "INC 500" companies (those identified by INC Magazine as the fastest growing, privately held businesses in the United States). Mr. Rafferty has worked with these organizations in the areas of strategic planning, finance and marketing, and organizational development. He currently serves on the board of several of these organizations. Mr. Rafferty is the founding member, principal shareholder, and managing director of Savvi Trademark Properties LLC, owner of the Savvi Formalwear trademarks and related properties and also is a member of the Board of Directors of the Savvi Formalwear Cooperative, a cooperative comprised of over 400 men's formalwear stores and more than 1,000 wholesale accounts, operating throughout the United States and Canada under a Savvi Formalwear license. Additionally, Mr. Rafferty and his wife (Ann Rafferty) own and manage a St. Louis-based chain of Savvi Formalwear stores with over 100 employees, and an upscale St. Louis-based bridal store (The Ultimate Bride). Prior to starting the Summit Consulting Group, Mr. Rafferty was a member of Price Waterhouse's (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) Management Advisory Staff, where he performed a wide variety of consulting engagements in both the private and public sector. Many of his projects were with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Rafferty has been actively involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations and currently serves in several capacities with the Greater St. Louis Community Foundation (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee Chair).
Steve received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business and he holds a BA (Magna Cum Laude) from Washington University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
John B. Biggs, Jr.
Former Vice Chairman of Midwest BankCentre, Inc.
Mr. Biggs was the Chairman of Midwest BankCentre and President of Midwest BankCentre, Inc. (the "holding company") from April 2000 to January 2007. Prior to joining Midwest BankCentre, Mr. Biggs was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America. Prior to a career in commercial banking, Mr. Biggs served in various senior management positions at Brown Group, Inc., including President of Brown Shoe Company from 1990 - 1996. Mr. Biggs is also the immediate past Chairman of the Board of St. Luke's Hospital. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the St. Louis Regional Crime Commission.
Jack received his BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis as well as his MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Scott A. Sachtleben
Senior Vice President of Development & General Counsel at The Desco Group
Mr. Sachtleben oversees and manages all real estate development initiatives and implementation on behalf of The DESCO Group (DESCO). Also, as general counsel, he manages the firm’s legal department, which provides required legal services for DESCO and its affiliates. Prior to joining DESCO, Mr. Sachtleben was a shareholder at the law firm of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. in St. Louis where he practiced for 17 years, primarily in the real estate, corporate and securities areas of law. From 1984 to 1986, he practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure as an attorney in private practice, he primarily represented real estate development clients in most all sectors of the real estate industry.
Scott earned a BA in economics and minor in English, highest honors, from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, and received a JD from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Arizona Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute, and Missouri Growth Association.
